In 2017, Megan Good was on top of the world. Not only was she enjoying a great career as a softball player for James Madison University, but she had also been named the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Player of the Year. A few months later everything changed. A piece of cartilage in Megan's knee broke off and became displaced, bringing a lifelong, undiagnosed condition to light. Megan couldn't play softball, and her career was in jeopardy.
