LifeNet Health can offer more than just a great career. Our team is united in a shared mission to save lives, restore health, and give hope — and that gives our work special meaning. As the world's most trusted provider of transplant solutions, we strive to be our best, so we can help others. Our teams are passionate, whether their work involves facilitating lifesaving transplants, supporting families with empathy, innovating new processes to help patients heal faster, or enabling scientists to move forward with ground-breaking research. We also have a whole network of team members who provide invaluable supporting services. Click here to meet a few of our team members.
Our people are our future, and we are committed to offering growth opportunities along with a competitive compensation and benefits package — including medical plans with lower-than-average premiums, employer-supplemented dental and vision plans, and a generous company-funded retirement plan. If you are passionate, creative, and collaborative, you might be a good fit for our growing global team.
NOTE: Please beware of hiring scams as they have become very sophisticated. We will not interview and/or hire through text message, social media, email alone and will never provide a check via email to order supplies. Applicants should verify and can find legitimate job opportunities on the LifeNet Health careers page. All applications are received via the applicant tracking system (ATS) Jobvite.
Many Options for Career Advancement
As a team member at LifeNet Health, you will have many opportunities to grow your career. We value innovation, and we celebrate progress. As a result, our teams are continuously collaborating to develop and support performance improvement projects. Company-sponsored Lean Six Sigma training allows employees to deepen their expertise in increasing efficiencies and reducing waste.
In addition to a full slate of internal education, LifeNet Health also offers a tuition reimbursement program to support higher education outside our walls.
Great Work-Life Balance
LifeNet Health is committed to work-life balance, so every team member can be at their best. We offer a generous paid-time-off package, including vacation, sick days, and holidays. Altogether, our team members enjoy more than 29 days of PTO per year. Accrual begins on the day you’re hired. LifeNet Health also offers two floating holidays, giving each team member maximum flexibility in choosing what’s most important to them.
A Competitive Benefits Package
Our benefits package is competitive, even when viewed against for-profit employers. Our generous array of benefits includes:
- Medical insurance with a competitive plan design, offering a lower employee premium when compared against peer group averages. In a survey, this was rated as offering exceptional value while costing our team members less.
- Market-leading employer-supplemented dental and vision plans.
- Employer-funded life insurance and short- and long-term disability.
- A variety of voluntary benefits, including a legal plan, pet insurance, and more.
- An employer-funded retirement Profit Sharing Plan with no required employee contribution. Historically, employer contributions are 9% of earnings per year.
- A 403(b) retirement plan, which allows our team members to set aside their own pre-tax contributions.
Prioritizing Well-Being
Well-being is an area of focus at LifeNet Health. Our goal is to provide employees and their families with tools to navigate life's challenges, whether they are mental, physical, social, environmental, or financial.
